Smith “Delivers” for St Jude Medical

Smith Engineering recently completed delivery and installation of a pair of 20 gpm Cold-Clean water systems for St. Jude Medical in support of their expansion of Plymouth Minnesota manufacturing facility.  The systems, as well as one additional relocated system, all supply purified water meeting St. Jude Medical’s stringent requirements by incorporating Saint-Gobain sanitary non-metallic piping systems and fluoropolymer tubing/piping supplied by Smith Engineering’s partner Fit-Line from Santa Ana, CA.  Regardless of the application, media, and/or building code requirements, Smith Engineering has great experience in determining the correct design for not only purified water treatment equipment but also purified water piping and joining technology for customers to maximize efficiency and meet specifications.
