A proprietary process is used to create ultrasonic seals for improved fiber and particle retention, superior to laser sealing as ultrasonic provides a softer & more defined edge.

Tekniclean polyester knit wipes are made with a hi strength continuous filament polyester yarn in a double knit, no run interlock pattern. Knitting, pre-washing, cutting, sealing, washing and packaging are all done in house for optimum control & cleanliness. Teknizorb cleanroom wipes are made from a hydro-entangled blend of 55% cellulose / 45% polyester. This creates a strong, clean, and very absorbent wipe for liquid removal or lint free wiping of surfaces for contamination removal.
