Good Luck, Joanie Lubeck!

Smith co-workers past and present came out to celebrate Joanie’s 24 years at Smith Engineering. She will be missed!

Joanie has been the backbone of a company that has grown five times since 2008. She has been instrumental in sweeping changes to how Smith does business. Her enthusiasm and love for our business will be missed, as will her endless social energy and input. She has been absolutely instrumental with regard to our fund-raising efforts on behalf of Mercy Ships.

Joanie now moves on to become one of the many “alumni” of Smith Engineering that remain part of our family.
