Smith Engineering’s main phone number now routes to Evoqua’s general line.

NEED TO CONTACT A SMITH EMPLOYEE? 

Evoqua customer service has our direct line numbers and can forward your call. 

  1. Call 952-448-4412 
  2. Choose 1 (Customer Service) 
  3. Then choose 6. Ask for the person you are trying to reach. 

If you need someone’s direct number, please email your account rep who can help! 

NEED A DI EXCHANGE? 

  1. Call 952-448-4412 
  2. Choose 1 (Customer Service) 
  3. Then choose 3 (DI Tank Exchange & Service) 
  4. Customer Service Rep will ask for your 10 Digit Site ID (FLOC ID). They can look this up for you if you don’t know it. You can also contact your account rep who can give it to you. 

NEED SERVICE? 

  1. Call 952-448-4412 
  2. Choose 1 (Customer Service) 
  3. Then choose 3 (Service & DI Tank Exchange) 
  4. Customer Service Rep will ask for your 10 Digit Site ID (FLOC ID). They can look this up for you if you don’t know it. You can also contact your account rep who can give it to you.

  3. Then choose 1 (Emergency Same Day Service) 
  4. Customer Service Rep will ask for your 10 Digit Site ID (FLOC ID). They can look this up for you if you don’t know it. You can also contact your account rep who can give it to you.
